Wild One

Created during the Southern California wildfires that initiated the new year of 2025, this 8’10’’ longboard, Wild One represents the valor of our firefighters and the resiliency of our coastal families. During its inception, this board took its own form as Malibu, the beaches it once surfed burned. It gave itself inspiration from the flames and ash that destroyed homes along Malibu’s coastline. The crystals in this piece embody beauty and hope yet to behold for coastal families as they rebuild their lives. Just as precious stones emerge from heat and destruction, and so too shall we. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to American Red Cross to help the families impacted by the wildfires.
